Self Improving has no accounts. Almost everything the app knows about you is stored on your own phone, and the little that leaves it is kept only to manage your subscription. Here is how to delete each part.

1. Progress on your device

Your name, onboarding answers, deeds, glory, levels, laurels, maxims, reminders and settings live only on your device. To delete them, open the app and go to Settings → Reset all data, then confirm. Everything is erased at once and nothing is kept. Uninstalling the app deletes the same data.

2. Subscription records

If you ever bought Self Improving Pro, our subscription service RevenueCat holds a random, app-specific identifier and the records of your purchases. To delete them:

1. Email ongorunet@gmail.com with the subject Self Improving data deletion.
2. Include the order number from your Google Play or App Store receipt (for example GPA.1234-…), so we can find the right records.

We delete these records within 30 days and reply to confirm. Deleting them does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it first in your Google Play or App Store account, otherwise it keeps renewing and a new record is created.

What is not deleted

Google Play and the Apple App Store keep their own payment and order history under their own privacy policies; we cannot delete it for you. We keep nothing else.
