- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before
the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies.
Health notice
The app offers general motivation and habit tracking. It is not medical, psychological or fitness advice.
Talk to a qualified professional before starting new physical activity, cold exposure or dietary changes,
and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential
damages arising from your use of the app. Your progress is stored on your device; keep in mind that removing
the app or clearing its storage erases it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
