By using the Get My Ex Back mobile application ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What this app is, and what it is not

The app gives you a structured plan, a library of 99 methods, and an AI-generated coaching reply. All of it is general information and opinion. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice or a professional service, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Another person's decisions are theirs alone. Nothing in this app can, or claims to, make someone come back to you.

If the relationship involved abuse, threats, stalking or coercive control — in either direction — do not use this app to try to restore it. Please speak to a qualified professional or a local support service instead.

Community rules

The community is anonymous but it is not a free-for-all. Do not post:

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or attacks on a person or group.
• Sexual or sexually explicit content.
• Anything that identifies a real person — your ex's name, photos, phone number, address, workplace, or social media handles. This includes screenshots that show them.
• Advice that pushes someone toward stalking, surveillance, impersonation, deception, threats, or pressuring a person who has asked to be left alone.
• Content encouraging self-harm or harm to others.
• Spam, advertising, referral links, or anything you are paid to post.
• Illegal content, or anything you do not have the right to share.

Moderation and enforcement

Every post and comment is checked by an automated content-safety model before it becomes visible; content it rejects is never published. Any user can report a post or comment, and reports from three different devices hide it until it is reviewed. You can block any nickname to remove its content from your own view.

We may remove content and block a device's access to the community without notice if these terms are broken. Repeated or serious violations are permanent.

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it inside the app to other users. You are responsible for what you post.

Your account and your data

There is no account. Your identity in the app is a randomly generated nickname stored on your device. If you clear the app's data or uninstall it, that identity is gone and cannot be recovered — including access to posts you made under it. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Premium subscription

Premium unlocks all 99 methods, every step of each method, and removes the daily limit on the AI coach. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and renew automatically until you cancel. Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account — not in this app, as we cannot cancel it for you. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy.

Acceptable use of the app itself

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or its server; do not use automated means to flood the community or the coach; do not attempt to access other users' data.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, or from decisions you make based on its content or the AI coach's replies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
