By downloading, installing, or using DanceTV Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DanceTV Pro is a fitness and dance workout application that provides:

• Various dance workout routines and styles
• Calorie tracking and fitness statistics
• TV streaming capabilities for workouts
• Progress monitoring and goal setting
• Multi-language support
• Premium subscription features

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You may be required to provide certain information including name, age, gender, height, and weight to personalize your workout experience.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Inaccurate information may affect calorie calculations and fitness tracking.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities that occur under your account.

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Subscription Plans

DanceTV Pro offers premium subscription plans that provide access to exclusive features including:

• Unlimited access to all dance workouts
• TV streaming with interactive warm-up sessions
• Advanced progress tracking and analytics
• Ad-free experience
• Priority customer support

4.2 Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat. Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your app store account settings.

4.4 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you may be charged automatically when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.

4.5 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms. Generally, payments are non-refundable, but you may request a refund through your app store.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to bypass premium features without payment
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape, copy, or steal content from the App

All content, features, and functionality of DanceTV Pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, are owned by DanceTV Pro and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute App content
• Create derivative works
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Download videos for offline distribution

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• RevenueCat for subscription management
• Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Video streaming services

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• DanceTV Pro is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from App use
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DanceTV Pro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

12. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Change subscription pricing with notice
• Update these Terms (we will notify you of significant changes)

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Privacy

14. Governing Law and Disputes
