Getting Started

How do I create my profile?

When you first open DanceTV Pro, you'll be prompted to enter your basic information including name, age, gender, height, and weight. This information helps us calculate accurate calorie burn during your workouts.

Can I change my profile information later?

Yes! Go to Settings → Edit Profile to update your information at any time.

How do I choose a language?

DanceTV Pro supports 7 languages. Go to Settings → Language to choose from Turkish, English, German, Spanish, French, Russian, or Japanese.

Workouts & Training

What dance styles are available?

We offer multiple dance styles including:

  • Hip Hop
  • Salsa
  • Ballet
  • Zumba
  • Contemporary
  • And more!

How accurate are the calorie calculations?

Calorie calculations are estimates based on your age, gender, weight, and workout intensity. For most accurate results, ensure your profile information is up to date.

Can I track my progress?

Yes! The Progress screen shows your total workouts, calories burned, minutes exercised, and weekly statistics. You can also set fitness goals and monitor your achievements.

What is the warm-up feature?

The interactive warm-up feature allows you to prepare your body before intense workouts. Premium users can stream warm-up sessions directly to their TV or computer!

TV Streaming

How do I watch workouts on my TV?

Follow these steps:

  • Tap "Start Warm-up on TV" or "Watch on TV" button in the app
  • A unique 4-digit code will be generated
  • On your TV or computer, visit www.dancetvpro.com
  • Enter the code shown on your phone
  • Start your workout on the big screen!

Note: TV streaming is a premium feature.

How long is the TV code valid?

TV codes are valid for 15 minutes. If your code expires, simply generate a new one from the app.

Can I use multiple devices?

Yes, you can use your phone to control the workout while watching on TV or computer.

Premium Subscription

What does Premium include?

DanceTV Pro Premium offers:

  • Unlimited access to all dance workouts
  • TV streaming capabilities
  • Interactive warm-up sessions
  • Advanced progress analytics
  • Ad-free experience
  • Priority customer support

How do I subscribe?

Tap any premium feature in the app, and you'll be directed to the subscription page. Choose your plan and complete the purchase through your app store.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you reinstall the app or change devices, your subscription will automatically restore when you log in with the same account.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their policies. Contact your app store support for refund requests.

Technical Issues

The app is not loading

Try these steps:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Close and restart the app
  • Update to the latest app version
  • Restart your device
  • If issues persist, contact support

Videos are not playing

Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Video streaming requires a good connection for smooth playback. Try switching between WiFi and mobile data.

My stats are not saving

Make sure you complete workouts through the app. If you close the app mid-workout, progress may not be saved. Check your device storage if issues persist.

I can't see my subscription

If you purchased Premium but it's not showing:

  • Restart the app
  • Check your app store purchase history
  • Ensure you're logged in with the correct account
  • Contact support with your order ID

Account & Settings

How do I change app settings?

Tap the settings icon (⚙️) on the home screen to access all settings including dark mode, sound effects, notifications, and language preferences.

Can I delete my data?

Yes, you can request data deletion by contacting support. This will remove all your workout history and personal information.

How do I turn off notifications?

Go to Settings → Notifications and toggle off reminder notifications.
