By using Boring Person Remover (“the app”), published by Boring Cat, you agree to these terms.

Removals and credits

• Each AI removal uses one removal from your balance. New devices receive one free removal.
• Pro includes a weekly number of removals shown in the app, which resets every Monday (UTC). Unused weekly removals do not carry over.
• Credit packs add removals that never expire. If a removal fails on our side, the removal is returned to your balance automatically.

Subscriptions

• Pro is billed weekly or yearly through Google Play or the App Store and renews automatically at the price shown before purchase until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in your store account settings; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store according to their policies.

Acceptable use

• Only edit photos you own or have the right to edit.
• Do not use the app to create misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content, or to violate anyone's privacy or rights.
• We may limit or stop service to devices that abuse free removals or the service.

AI results

Results are generated by AI models and may be imperfect; for example, a model may fill a removed area with new objects. The service is provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boring Cat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
