Is my card information safe?
Yes! All your data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server. Sensitive information like CVV codes are encrypted. You can also enable biometric or PIN protection for additional security.
Can I backup my cards?
Currently, the app stores data locally on your device for maximum security. We recommend taking note of important information separately as a backup.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
If you uninstall the app, all stored data will be deleted from your device. Please make sure to save any important information before uninstalling.
Can I use this app to make payments?
No, Card Wallet Holder is designed to store and organize your card information for easy reference. It does not have payment functionality - for payments, please use your physical card or your bank's official app.
What card types can I store?
You can store any type of card including credit cards, debit cards, loyalty cards, membership cards, gift cards, and more.
How do I change the app language?
Go to Settings and select your preferred language. The app supports English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, and Arabic.
How do I enable fingerprint/PIN lock?
Go to Settings > Security and enable biometric authentication or set up a PIN code to protect your wallet.
I forgot my PIN. What should I do?
For security reasons, there is no PIN recovery option. If you've enabled biometric authentication, you can use that to access the app. Otherwise, you may need to reinstall the app, which will delete all stored data.
