Data Recovery (com.kaptanoglu.recovery) — last updated 17 August 2026
The short version
This app collects nothing. It has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no servers. It does not even request the internet permission, so nothing it reads can leave your device.
What the app accesses, and why
- Photos, videos and audio — to list recoverable media on your device, including items still sitting in the system trash. Read only; originals are never modified.
- A folder you choose (optional) — to find documents and
.vcfbackup files, the app asks you to pick a folder using Android's own folder picker. It reads nothing outside that folder, requests no storage permission, and every other part of the app works without it. - Contacts — to export your phone book to a
.vcffile you choose to create, and to restore contacts back from such a file when you ask for it.
Where your data goes
Files you choose to recover are copied into a folder named
Recovered inside your own Pictures, Movies, Music or Download directory.
Contact backups are written to Download/Recovered. Everything stays on your
device, under your control.
Sharing and third parties
No data is shared with anyone. There are no third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising or crash reporting in this app.
Children
The app is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, regardless of age.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.

- Seçtiğiniz bir klasör (isteğe bağlı) — belgeleri ve
.vcfyedeklerini bulmak için uygulama, Android'in kendi klasör seçicisiyle bir klasör seçmenizi ister. O klasörün dışında hiçbir şey okumaz, depolama izni istemez ve seçmeseniz de uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışır. - Kişiler — rehberinizi sizin isteğinizle bir
.vcfdosyasına yedeklemek ve yine sizin isteğinizle kişileri bu dosyadan geri yüklemek için.
Verileriniz nereye gider
Kurtarmayı seçtiğiniz dosyalar, kendi Pictures, Movies, Music veya Download klasörünüz
içindeki Recovered klasörüne kopyalanır. Kişi yedekleri
Download/Recovered altına yazılır. Her şey cihazınızda, sizin kontrolünüzde kalır.
Paylaşım ve üçüncü taraflar
Hiçbir veri kimseyle paylaşılmaz. Uygulamada analitik, reklam veya çökme raporlama amaçlı üçüncü taraf SDK'sı bulunmaz.
Çocuklar
Uygulama genel amaçlı bir araçtır ve çocuklara yönelik değildir. Yaş fark etmeksizin hiç kimseden kişisel bilgi toplamaz.
