Skor tablosundaki kaydınızın silinmesini istiyorsanız ongorunet@gmail.com adresine takma adınızı yazarak e-posta gönderin. Talebinizi makul bir süre içinde yerine getiririz. Cihazdaki yerel verileri uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsiniz.
Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Oyunun topladığı tek serbest metin alanı, kullanıcının kendi seçtiği takma addır. Bir çocuğun kendisini tanımlayan bir takma ad girdiğini düşünüyorsanız yukarıdaki adresten bize ulaşın, kaydı sileriz.

Nice Try is a platform game. This policy explains what data the game processes. In short: no account is required, there are no ads, and no analytics or third-party tracking tools are used.
The following is stored in your device's local storage and is never sent to a server: completed levels (progress), chosen character skin, the developer debug-overlay preference, and the nickname you entered. Uninstalling the app removes this data from your device.
If you choose to take part in the leaderboard, the following is sent to our server when you finish a run: your chosen nickname (max 24 characters), the level you reached, your death count, elapsed time, and a timestamp.
You choose the nickname yourself and it is shown publicly on the leaderboard. For that reason we recommend not using your real name, email address, or any information that could identify you.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number or address; your location;
your contacts, photos or files; advertising identifiers or device
fingerprints; or crash/usage analytics. The app contains no ad network,
analytics tool or social media SDK. The only permission it requests is
INTERNET, needed for the leaderboard.
Leaderboard records are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Records are kept so the leaderboard can be displayed; you may request deletion at any time.
To have your leaderboard record deleted, email ongorunet@gmail.com with your nickname. We will action the request within a reasonable time. Local device data can be removed by uninstalling the app.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The only free-text field the game collects is a user-chosen nickname. If you believe a child has entered an identifying nickname, contact us at the address above and we will delete the record.
If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change.
