This Privacy Policy explains how DALE 4 - AI Art Generator ("DALE", "the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app. We designed DALE to work with as little personal data as possible. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
DALE is developed and operated by Ali Kaptanoğlu. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at ongorunet@gmail.com.
2. No account required
DALE does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or phone number to use its features. You can start generating images right away.
3. Information we process
- Text prompts & edits. The text you type to generate, edit, or remix an image is sent to our secure processing service and to the third‑party AI provider that produces the image. Prompts are used only to fulfil your request and are not linked to your identity.
- Generated images. Images you create are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a personal gallery of your images on our servers.
- A random device identifier. To manage daily free credits, subscription status, and abuse prevention, the app uses an anonymous identifier provided by the app store / RevenueCat. It is not your name and cannot be used to contact you.
- Purchase & subscription data. When you subscribe, the transaction is handled by Apple and by RevenueCat on our behalf. We receive subscription status (active / expired / trial), not your payment card details.
- Basic technical & diagnostic data. Like most apps, we may process limited technical information (such as app version, request timing, and error logs) to keep the service reliable and secure.
4. How we use information
- To generate, edit, and deliver the images and designs you request.
- To operate the daily credit system, subscriptions, trials, and referral rewards.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (for example, request signing and rate limiting).
- To fix bugs and improve app performance.
5. Third‑party services
DALE relies on a small number of trusted providers strictly to deliver its features:
- Apple App Store - app distribution and in‑app purchases.
- RevenueCat - subscription management. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
- AI image‑generation provider - receives your prompt (via our secure proxy) to produce the requested image. Your prompt is processed to generate the result and is not tied to your identity.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We share only what is necessary for the feature to work.
6. Content & safety
DALE applies automated content filtering to prompts before an image is generated in order to block prohibited or unsafe content. Please use the app responsibly and in line with our Terms of Use.
7. Data retention
Images and your in‑app history are stored on your device and remain under your control - you can delete them at any time from within the app. Transient prompt data used for generation is not retained by us to build a profile of you. Subscription status is retained for as long as needed to provide the service.
8. Children's privacy
DALE is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Your choices & rights
- Delete any generated image directly in the app.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings.
- Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data from your device.
- Depending on your region, you may have rights to access or delete personal data - contact us and we will assist.
10. Security
Requests between the app and our service are signed and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. While no method of transmission is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect information in our care.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
