Your voice is used only to give you your voice.
CloneMyVoice creates a voice model from a recording you make and reads the text you
choose aloud in that voice. There is no account, no advertising and no analytics or
tracking. You can delete everything at any time from inside the app.
What we collect and why
Your voice sample — the 30–90 second recording you make on the
“Create voice” screen. It is uploaded to our server to create your private voice
model and is kept until you delete that voice.
Text you have spoken and the resulting audio clips — clips created
on the “Speak” screen are stored so you can play and share them from your Library.
Text read on the “Read” screen is converted to audio but not stored by us.
Web page addresses — when you paste a link on the “Read” screen,
our server fetches that page to extract its text. The address is not stored.
A random device identifier — generated on first launch and stored
on your device. It is sent with every request so that your voices and clips are kept
separate from other users’ and so that daily usage limits can be applied. It is not
linked to your name, email or phone number, and we do not use any advertising ID.
Content reports — if you use “Report content”, the reported text,
the reason you chose and your optional note are stored and forwarded to the developer
for review.
Service providers
Fish Audio (fish.audio) creates a
private voice model from your sample and generates speech from your text.
Cloudflare hosts our server and stores your data (database and file
storage).
All traffic between the app and our server is encrypted (HTTPS). We do not sell your
data and we do not share it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept until you delete it.
You can delete any single clip or voice in the app. Deleting a voice also deletes its
voice sample and the voice model at Fish Audio.
Settings → Privacy & Consent → Reset all my data permanently
deletes all of your voices, voice samples, clips and reports from our servers and
restarts the app.
You can also ask us to delete your data by email (see Contact).
Consent and acceptable use
Only clone your own voice, or a voice whose owner has given you explicit permission.
Do not use generated audio to deceive or defraud anyone or to impersonate another person.
You can report inappropriate output with “Report content” in the Library, on the Speak
screen or while reading.
Permissions
Microphone — used only while you record your voice sample, after
you tap record.
Internet — needed to create your voice and generate speech.
Children
CloneMyVoice is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from
children.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the date above will change.

Web sayfası adresleri — “Oku” ekranına bir bağlantı yapıştırdığında
sunucumuz metni çıkarmak için o sayfayı getirir. Adres saklanmaz.
Rastgele bir cihaz kimliği — ilk açılışta üretilir ve cihazında
saklanır. Seslerini ve kliplerini diğer kullanıcılarınkinden ayırmak ve günlük
kullanım sınırlarını uygulamak için her istekle gönderilir. Adın, e-postan ya da
telefon numaranla ilişkilendirilmez; reklam kimliği kullanılmaz.
İçerik bildirimleri — “İçeriği bildir”i kullanırsan bildirilen metin,
seçtiğin neden ve isteğe bağlı notun saklanır ve incelenmek üzere geliştiriciye
iletilir.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar
Fish Audio (fish.audio) ses
örneğinden gizli ses modelini oluşturur ve metinlerini seslendirir.
Cloudflare sunucumuzu barındırır ve verilerini saklar (veritabanı ve
dosya depolama).
Uygulama ile sunucumuz arasındaki tüm trafik şifrelidir (HTTPS). Verilerini satmayız ve
reklam amacıyla paylaşmayız.
Saklama ve silme
Verilerin sen silene kadar saklanır.
Uygulamada tek bir klibi ya da sesi silebilirsin. Bir sesi silmek onun ses örneğini
ve Fish Audio'daki ses modelini de siler.
Ayarlar → Gizlilik & Rıza → Tüm verilerimi sıfırla bütün
seslerini, ses örneklerini, kliplerini ve bildirimlerini sunucularımızdan kalıcı
olarak siler ve uygulamayı baştan başlatır.
Silme talebini e-postayla da iletebilirsin (bkz. İletişim).
Rıza ve kabul edilebilir kullanım
Yalnızca kendi sesini ya da sahibinin açık izin verdiği bir sesi klonla. Üretilen
sesleri kimseyi yanıltmak, dolandırmak ya da başkasını taklit etmek için kullanma.
Uygunsuz bir çıktıyı Kütüphane'de, Konuş ekranında veya okuma sırasında “İçeriği bildir”
ile iletebilirsin.
İzinler
Mikrofon — yalnızca kayıt düğmesine bastıktan sonra ses örneğini
kaydederken kullanılır.
İnternet — sesini oluşturmak ve metinleri seslendirmek için
gerekir.
Çocuklar
CloneMyVoice yetişkinler (18+) içindir. Bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.
