This app collects nothing. It has no internet permission, so it cannot send data anywhere even if it wanted to. You can verify this yourself: Android will never show a network permission for this app.

What we collect

Nothing. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDK that reports on you. The developer receives no information about you or your use of the app.

What stays on your device

So the app can remember where you left off, it saves the following in Android's private app storage, readable only by this app:

Which questions you have seen, answered correctly or got wrong
Questions you have starred
Your practice test results
The exam date you entered, if any
Your chosen country, German federal state, app language and theme
Bookmarks in the study guide

This never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app deletes it. You can also clear it at any time from the app's settings.

Permissions

Notifications — only if you switch on the optional daily study reminder. The reminder is generated on your device; no server is involved. You can turn it off at any time.
Vibration — used for the notification alert.

The app requests no internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts or storage permission.

Text to speech

Reading a question aloud uses the text-to-speech engine already installed on your Android device. The text is handed to that system component; the app does not send it over a network. How your device's own speech engine works is governed by its own provider's policy.

Children

The app is a study aid for adults preparing for a citizenship or settlement test. It is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.

Auf dem Gerät gespeichert: gesehene, richtig und falsch beantwortete Fragen, markierte Fragen, Ergebnisse der Übungstests, ein eingetragenes Prüfungsdatum, das gewählte Land bzw. Bundesland, Sprache und Design sowie Lesezeichen im Lernmaterial. Diese Daten verlassen das Gerät nie und werden beim Deinstallieren gelöscht.

Berechtigungen: Benachrichtigungen nur für die optionale tägliche Erinnerung, Vibration für deren Signalton. Keine Internet-, Standort-, Kamera-, Mikrofon-, Kontakt- oder Speicherberechtigung.

Vorlesefunktion: nutzt die auf Ihrem Gerät installierte Sprachausgabe. Der Text wird an diese Systemkomponente übergeben, nicht über ein Netzwerk gesendet.
