By installing or using All Card Scanner (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, redistribute modified copies, or attempt to extract and reuse the bundled recognition model or card index as a standalone dataset.
Prices shown come from public third-party card databases or from a snapshot bundled with the app. They are indicative only: they may be stale, incomplete, or wrong for your card's condition, printing, language or grading. They are not an appraisal, not an offer to buy or sell, and not financial advice. Any decision to buy, sell or insure a card is yours alone, and you should verify value independently.
Card identification is automated and can be wrong — particularly with damaged, altered, proxy, misprinted, non-English or newly released cards, or in poor lighting. Always confirm a card's identity yourself before acting on a result.
Your collection is stored only on your device. You are responsible for backing it up; use the CSV export if you want a copy. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes this data permanently, and it cannot be recovered by the developer, who never holds it.
The app displays card artwork and price information from third-party sources and can open external links. Those services are governed by their own terms, and the developer is not responsible for their content or availability.
Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece Card Game, Disney Lorcana, Star Wars: Unlimited, Digimon Card Game, and all sports-card brands and player likenesses are the property of their respective owners. This app is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any of those rights holders. All names are used descriptively, to let you identify your own cards.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that identifications and prices will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app — including financial loss from a trade, sale or purchase made in reliance on a result shown in the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms may be updated; the current version always lives at this address. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
