Kullanim Kosullari - Boring Record

1. Kabul

Boring Record uygulamasini ("Uygulama") indirip kullanarak bu kullanim kosullarini kabul etmis olursunuz.

2. Kullanim Amaci

Uygulama, Android cihazlarda ekran kaydi yapmanizi saglar. Uygulamayi yalnizca yasal amaclarla ve baskalarina ait gizlilik haklarina saygi gostererek kullanmalisiniz.

3. Yasaklar

Baskalarinin rizasi olmadan ozel icerik kaydetmek.
Telif hakki ile korunan icerikleri izinsiz kaydetmek.
Uygulamayi yasa disi faaliyetler icin kullanmak.
Uygulamayi tersine muhendislik yapmak veya kaynak kodunu cikarmaya calismak.

4. Sorumluluk Siniri

Uygulama "oldugu gibi" sunulmaktadir. Gelistiriciler, uygulamanin kullanimindan dogan dogrudan veya dolayli zararlardan sorumlu degildir. Kayitlarin icerigi tamamen kullanicinin sorumluluğundadır.

5. Fikri Mulkiyet

Uygulama ve icerigi telif hakki ile korunmaktadir. Kullaniciya kisisel kullanim icin sinirli bir lisans verilmistir.

6. Degisiklikler

Bu kosullar zaman zaman guncellenebilir. Uygulamayi kullanmaya devam etmeniz, degisiklikleri kabul ettiginiz anlamina gelir.

7. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu kosullar Turkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarina tabidir.
