By accessing or using Applocked, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Applocked is a mobile application that provides:

• Application locking with PIN, pattern, or fingerprint authentication
• A secure vault for photos and videos with encryption
• Intruder detection and photo capture
• Fake cover screens for enhanced privacy

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Applocked, you are responsible for:

• Remembering your PIN or pattern - we cannot recover forgotten credentials
• Maintaining the security of your device
• Using the app in compliance with applicable laws
• Ensuring you have legal rights to any content stored in the vault

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Applocked for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app. You must not use the app to:

• Store or protect illegal content
• Violate any local, state, or international laws
• Infringe on the rights of others

5. Intellectual Property

Applocked and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Applocked is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The app is free of viruses or other harmful components

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Applocked, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data stored in the vault
• Unauthorized access to protected apps
• Device damage or malfunction
• Any other damages arising from the use of the app

8. Data Loss

We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to:

• Forgotten PIN or pattern
• Device malfunction or factory reset
• App uninstallation
• File system corruption

We recommend keeping backups of important files outside the vault.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the application at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
